In 2020, Wiley reached out to Beth Goodyear to create an online training programme to support their UK facilities team. The courses were designed to navigate the challenges posed by the Covid crisis and enhance skills in facilities management, communication, and compliance.

Understanding the potential fatigue associated with online training, Beth strategically designed the sessions to be concise at 3 hours, incorporating engaging activities and discussions. Her goal was to motivate and inspire confidence within the FM team, fostering an environment where they could learn from one another's experiences.
