Founded in 2006, FMHS Consulting Ltd was established by Beth Goodyear. As a leading trainer with over 28 years of management experience, Beth specialises in 4 key areas; Professional Development, Facilities Management, Mental Health, and Health & Safety. Among her notable credentials, she is a MHFA England approved 'Mental Health Instructor' and a licensed IOSH Health & Safety trainer. Beth is not only recognised for her professional achievements but for her training sessions which are praised by participants who describe them as "inspirational, motivating and engaging."

Prior to starting FMHS Consulting Ltd, Beth held a number of high-profile roles including Head of Facilities Management at Ascot Racecourse where she was responsible for Facilities Management operations. The impact of the changes was so successful, that the patron at that time, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, noticed and passed comment!

Driven by a deep commitment to supporting others, Beth invests her time and energy in initiatives that reach beyond the corporate world. During the 2021 Covid lockdown, she reached out to her local community by providing free mental health awareness training to over 200 residents. This effort not only earned her recognition on ITV News but also drew attention from local media outlets.

Dedicated to a culture of learning, mentorship, and collaboration, in 2023 Beth relaunched her 'FM Expert' conversation series, an initiative started during the Covid pandemic.

The conversations are a 'live resource library' of some of the greatest minds in the FM profession, where FM Experts share their expertise, contributing to the support and growth of others in the sector.
