Compliance Training Attendee
This 2-day course was designed to support the FM team in fully understanding the extensive responsibilities of a busy FM. The course structure followed the IWFM’s ‘Professional Standards’ which underpin the workplace and facilities management profession. It was packed full of practical tools and resources to improve knowledge and confidence.
As part of an ongoing training project that started in 2020, Beth has supported the FM team with a series of courses which provide practical ‘how-to’ knowledge around FM compliance. Covering all key compliance areas and contractor management, the sessions explained the legal requirement and what the FM team should be checking.
This half-day course was developed for Allianz as part of a 6-month training programme Beth created for the FM team. It provided practical tools and techniques for managing projects and explained how the FM team could support their customers through the impact of any changes.
