Everyone has mental health.
With 1 in 4 people facing mental health challenges, it's crucial to enhance understanding, awareness, and compassion to combat stigma. Despite progress, stigma persists, and as a society, we often lack the knowledge to prioritise our mental health like we do our physical health.
As a licensed MHFA England Training provider, Beth is on hand to empower your workplace with supportive and inclusive mental health training.

To support the ongoing Mental Health First Aid training programme run by Beth, BL asked us to create and facilitate a short session that could be run regularly to give their growing team of MHFAiders® conversation practice. The role of a MHFAider® can be challenging, so this session increases confidence and provides reassurance and support.
Created to support their Graduate training program, this short session was created to give newly recruited graduates the knowledge to understand and support their mental health and wellbeing. It provided practical tools, information and resources to help break down the stigma around mental health by increasing awareness of stress and the most common mental health conditions.
Forming an essential part of their extensive management training program, this 1-day session was created to give Managers the knowledge needed to feel confident supporting the mental health of themselves and their teams. It provides tools, information and resources to understand common mental health conditions and key skills such as listening with empathy.
