Having delivered a successful 6-month training programme for the FM team, Beth was contacted by the Allianz Procurement team who wanted to improve their confidence when presenting and speaking in public. This 1-day course was designed using the techniques Beth has mastered and left the learners keen to get practicing!
This 1-day course was designed for the FM team to support them to become confident and effective communicators. It gave them insight, tools and techniques which could immediately be put into practice, particularly around difficult conversations which sometimes can’t be avoided.
This 3-day programme was created to support a team of experienced in-house trainers design and deliver their own impactful and engaging training sessions. Beth shared tried and tested tools and knowledge gained from 18 years of creating and delivering training courses in a fun and interactive format which covered everything from course structure to content delivery!
