Course Content:

This course is designed for people working on the frontline or in operational roles who want to understand how equality, diversity and inclusion show up in everyday work. It focuses on real situations - how we communicate, make decisions, work as a team and treat others at work. Learners will explore what’s expected of them, how to spot unfair behaviour, and simple actions they can take to help create a respectful, inclusive and safe working environment for everyone.

Our courses are designed to provide inclusive and enjoyable learning experiences so there is no role play or forced contribution.  Instead, leaners are supported with guidance, resources, tools and tips to help them fully understand and action the training content.  There is no end of course test, but upon successful completion of the course learners will be emailed electronic attendance certificates.

 The course is broken down into easy to follow modules;

  1. What EDI means and why it matters

  2. Legal duties and protected characteristics

  3. Bias, belonging and behaviour

  4. Spotting inequality in everyday situations

  5. Creating an inclusive workplace
