An inclusive environment is one where everyone can access and use their workspace equally; the same routes, services and building amenities. This session will help learners understand the basics of what they should be considering and how they can make a difference.

Our courses are designed to provide inclusive and enjoyable learning experiences so there is no role play or forced contribution.  Instead, leaners are supported with guidance, resources, tools and tips to help them fully understand and action the training content.  There is no end of course test, but upon successful completion of the course learners will be emailed an electronic attendance certificate and course handout.

 The course is broken down into easy to follow modules;

1. Foundations of accessibility and inclusion

2. Understanding legal duties and organisational responsibilities

3. Accessible workplaces and digital environments

4. Embedding inclusion in team culture and decision making
