IOSH Working Safely takes a completely different approach to safety and health training. It’s an engaging, fun, jargon-free programme based on what people really need to know. It is for people at any level, in any sector who need a grounding in the essentials of health and safety. It gives everyone at work an understanding of why they must 'work safely' and does it in an enjoyable way!

Working Safely is designed and quality-controlled by IOSH, the Chartered body for safety and health professionals. The course covers the following key areas;

• An outline of occupational safety and health

• Defining hazard and risk

• Identifying common hazards

• Improving safety performance

• Improved company-wide safety awareness culture and appreciation of safety measures

There is a closed-book multiple choice test completed at the end of the day. The tutor will prepare the learners throughout the course for the test. FMHS Consulting have a 100% pass rate, but in the event that the required minimum score isn't achieved, we will schedule a time for the test to be retaken using a different test paper.

Our courses are designed to provide inclusive and enjoyable learning experiences so there is no role play or forced contribution.  Instead, leaners are supported with guidance, resources, tools and tips to help them fully understand and action the training content.
